I'm looking into just doing some direct sales type jobs to get some more experience, and learn a little more about in-store marketing. But I'm also in the process of starting a marketing business, there's a pretty much untapped and niche here that I could handle and found would be a good way to shove my foot in the door in the marketing industry.
I’ve lived in this area all of my life, believe it or not. Austin’s a great place to start a business — it’s teeming with energy, creativity and support for growing businesses. Running your own business is tough, but if you have the vision and the drive, you can make it rewarding in the long run. Just be ready to pay your dues in the short run.
